Pacific Green Partners, Inc. is a creative agency and project administrator for a variety of Green-Economy Ventures in Northern California. Our projects focus primarily on real estate development and smart land use. We strongly advocate land stewardship, waste reduction, resource conservation and energy optimization.
Our goal is to facilitate projects that incorporate the latest technologies in sustainability to allow breakthrough prototypes to come to the market through innovative [working] community models that utilize these new ideas – and then to facilitate the propagation of these concepts through
marketing exposure, community outreach and hands-on education. PGP is also a media
driver for its projects with a highly trained commercial art team and skilled PR consultants.
Essentially, PGP aspires to become a closed-loop ‘think-tank’ for smart development.
We like to solve problems. We prefer using environmental education, green building
practices, resource sustainability techniques, beneficial partnership brokering and
non-traditional funding avenues – rather than depending solely on venture capital and
bank loans, keeping us beholden to a bottom-line profit structure.
We see the ‘closed loop’ as defined by a sum total of interdependent
elements all operating productively to fulfill the needs of the whole.
